  • Swimming or diving is absolutely not allowed in dams backwater
  • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, other guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

  • Reservation canceled within 48 hrs. of the arrival date, 80% of total amount will be refundable.
  • If booking cancelled before 48 hrs. 100% would be refundable

  • You are requested to kindly mail us the booking request prior to the check-in at the resort.
  • As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
  • If the guest holds the room after 11 PM on the day of checkout then day tariff will be applicable for the additional stay.
  • It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premise.
  • Using photographs and video's taken in the resort for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution..
